How Humanness unblocked years of stagnation in one weekend
Commercially successful, and completely stuck.
Yahire had grown from two founders to a multimillion-pound business with more than 100 employees. Opportunity kept arriving. Revenue kept climbing. And yet Ben Leslie and Taran O'Doherty both described the same feeling: flat.
Operational demand had quietly displaced the entrepreneurial spirit the company was built on. The question wasn't how to grow faster. It was how to scale without losing whatever made Yahire Yahire, and how to get back to the energy that started it.
Something fundamental was missing, and no amount of operational work was going to find it.
Two and a half days, off the grid
Quinn and Axel took both founders to a remote location in the English countryside and ran an immersive experience combining neuroscience-backed technique with embodied practice. Day one worked the individual. Day two worked the pair.
Seeing what is actually there
Building what comes next
“I really grasped for the first time what my intuition feels like inside of me. I've never felt so proud of what we've achieved and who I've already become. I feel more healed and whole.”
“I feel reborn and energised about the business and my own future. It's a truly priceless experience. Probably the most powerful thing we've done since starting.”
Strategic clarity with commercial consequences
Mental readiness
Both founders became willing to trust others with the reins, which took sustained pressure off the top of the company.
A stronger partnership
The complementary dynamic between the co-founders was reset, with far clearer delineation of who owns what.
Sustainable growth
The company is now read as a living organism with identifiable needs, which released years of blocked energy.
“How we as founders feel and show up IS the unblocking for more peace and prosperity that we've been waiting for, for years.”
Ben Leslie, reflecting post-interventionWe didn't work on the business. We worked on the state the business was being run from.
Instead of another strategy offsite, we made space for the founders to reconnect with their original vision, name the tensions nobody had said out loud, and physically rehearse new ways of leading.
Shifting out of high-pressure Beta states into more creative Alpha states is what gave them access to real clarity and honest dialogue, and it is what let personal change convert into working business prototypes rather than good intentions.
