Inside-out change for conscious teams
Humanness didn't start with a business plan. It started with a lived experience.
Co-founders Quinn and Axel arrived at the same truth from different directions: the patterns driving disconnection in organisations are the same patterns that drive disconnection in people.
Quinn spent 15 years challenging outdated corporate thinking with leadership teams at Nestlé, McDonald's, Samsung and Kellanova, then stepped away to study Indian Buddhist Philosophy, Taoism and Japanese Art. Axel brought 28 years in the corporate world and a clear read on what leaders actually need.
The gap between culture initiatives and culture reality isn't a training problem. It's a consciousness problem.
To make inside-out transformation the new standard.
Every culture change programme in existence is outside-in. Behaviour modification. Skill building. Engagement scoring. None of it lasts, because none of it goes deep enough.
Our ambition is to make "inside-out" the name for an entirely new category, and to become synonymous with it.
What we stand for
Radical honesty
We say the true thing, especially when it's uncomfortable.
Inside-out accountability
We change ourselves first. Always.
Embodied transformation
Intellectual agreement changes nothing. Felt truth changes everything.
Measurable change
We prove it. 43% turnover reduction. 23% profitability improvement.
Courageous practice
We go where the comfortable consultant won't.
The humans behind Humanness

Quinn
Fifteen years with leadership teams at some of the world's largest organisations taught him one pattern: most teams are already excellent, they're just not coherent.
“I believe consciousness belongs in business. Coherence is measurable, practical and profitable.”

Axel
After 28 years in the corporate world, Axel creates strategic thinking spaces for conscious leaders navigating complexity, drawing on systems thinking, science and ancient traditions.
“Leaders don't only need more information. They need the space to think clearly and decide coherently.”

Matt
Over 15 years building SaaS products and the engineering teams behind them, from early-stage platforms to systems used by thousands daily. At Humanness he has created our Portal and turned the assessment into something people can actually see, measure and act on.
“The more a business automates, the more it depends on what only humans can do.”
We believe organisations are only as healthy as the people inside them.
We choose transformation over training, every single time.
We embrace the discomfort that real change requires.
We refuse to treat culture as a programme you can roll out.
