Account Management 01

Setting up your organisation

Branding the portal, building your departments, and getting the right people in before anything is sent.

Setting up your departments

For owners and admins

Departments drive the assessment form and the dashboard filter, so set them up before inviting people.

Adding a department Sub-departments Renaming and removing Where they appear
01

Go to Settings, then the Organisation tab.

02

Scroll to the Departments panel.

03

Type a department name, for example "Sales", and press Add.

04

To nest one, choose Add sub-department on the parent and name the child.

05

Click any department name to rename it, or the bin icon to remove it.

06

Departments now appear in the assessment form and in the dashboard filter, which defaults to All.

This flow changes your organisation's settings.

Inviting one person

For owners and admins

Send a single invitation and see it appear as pending.

Invites tab Add one by one Sending Pending status
01

Open Team from the sidebar.

02

Switch to the Invites tab and press Add invites.

03

Keep the "Add one by one" mode selected.

04

Type the person's email address. Press Enter to add another row without reaching for the mouse.

05

Press Send invitations.

06

The invite is listed as Pending with its expiry. Anyone already a member is skipped and told why.

This flow sends email to the people you select.

Inviting your team in bulk

For owners and admins

Paste a list or upload a CSV to invite up to 250 people at once.

Bulk invite Pasting addresses Uploading a CSV Fixing invalid rows
01

On the Team page, open the Invites tab and press Add invites.

02

Switch to Bulk invite.

03

Paste addresses separated by commas, spaces or new lines, or press Upload CSV.

04

Any CSV works. Column order does not matter, we read the email addresses out of it.

05

The count of valid addresses is shown, with invalid ones listed so you can fix them.

06

Press Send invitations. Up to 250 go out in one batch.

This flow sends email to the people you select.

Your team page

For owners and admins

Search, page through and edit your members, and see who has completed their assessments.

Members tab Search Page size Assessments completed Editing a member
01

Open Team from the sidebar.

02

The Members tab lists everyone with their department, position and assessment progress.

03

Search by name, email, department or position.

04

Change the page size with the control beside the row count.

05

The "Assessments completed" column reads completed over sent, so 2/3 means one survey is still outstanding.

06

Press Edit on a row to set someone's name, department or position. Department is a picker once you have set departments up.

Engagement Assessments 02

Running an assessment

Sending the assessment, answering it, and reading what comes back.

Sending your first assessment

For owners and admins

Choose who receives the engagement survey and track who has responded.

Schedule a new survey Choosing recipients Create and send Sent surveys Send to more
01

Open Assessments from the sidebar.

02

Press Schedule a new survey.

03

Everyone is selected by default. Search to narrow the list, then use Select all or Deselect all on what you have filtered.

04

The count above the list shows how many people you have selected.

05

Press Create and send. Each recipient gets a link by email.

06

The survey appears under Sent surveys with how many it went to and how many have completed it.

07

Send to more adds people to the same round later. It only emails the new recipients.

This flow sends email to the people you select.

Filling out your assessment

For everyone

What the survey asks and how long it takes.

Starting the survey Part one Part two Saving Submitting
01

Open the link from your email, or go to Assessments and press Take Engagement Survey.

02

The intro explains the shape: two parts, about six minutes, and answers are never shown individually.

03

Press Begin.

04

Part one asks how you feel. Answer on instinct, three questions at a time.

05

Part two asks the same eighteen things about the organisation around you. Answer for how it actually is, not how it should be.

06

Progress is saved as you go, so you can stop and pick it up later.

07

Submit at the end. Your answers join everyone else's anonymously.

This flow changes your organisation's settings.

Reading your results

For owners and admins

The spider diagram, the five orientations and what to do about the qualities that need attention.

Spider diagram Aggregate vs individual Filters Five dynamics What to do next
01

Open the Dashboard.

02

The spider diagram plots the organisation against the team across all 18 qualities. Where the two shapes pull apart is where perception differs.

03

Use the toggle in the top right to switch between the aggregate and individual responses.

04

Filter by department or quarter with the controls above the orientations.

05

The five engagement dynamics roll the 18 qualities up. Click any one to open its detail.

06

Inside, View quality breakdown lists each quality. Click a quality name to see what it means and what to do about it.

07

Back on the dashboard, "What to do next" collects the qualities worth watching with a recommended action for each.

Still stuck Help

A human will answer, usually same day

Send us the organisation name and what you were trying to do. Screenshots help. If it is urgent and mid-engagement, say so in the subject line.
