About Humanness

Humanness is a unique consultancy, built upon over 20 years of experience in unleashing human ingenuity, designed for businesses operating in the modern age.

As corporations transform digitally, embrace automation, systemisation and digital platforms, wrestle with the new challenges of ‘hybrid’ working, and incorporate Gen Z into the workplace we believe in the necessity of allowing the humans in your business to be the catalysts for unique competitive advantage through individual and collective humanisation.

Make no mistake, this is not a nice to have. Businesses that embrace this style of working are 21%* more profitable and 69%* of employees work harder.

In a world where 33% of employees are considering leaving their current job and 71% of GenZer’s* would take a pay cut for more meaningful work, unlocking humanness directly impacts organisations’ most paramount corporate objectives.
